RARP \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c trong RFC 903 v\u00e0o th\u00e1ng 6 n\u0103m 1984 b\u1edfi David C. Plummer.
