(SSD) \u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5230 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 50 \u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\u8bbe\u60f3\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d6\u4ee3\u4f20\u7edf\u673a\u7535\u786c\u76d8 (HDD) \u7684\u975e\u6613\u5931\u6027\u5b58\u50a8\u4ecb\u8d28\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u76f4\u5230 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 70 \u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u7c7b\u4f3c SSD \u7684\u6280\u672f\u624d\u9996\u6b21\u6295\u5165\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u6700\u65e9\u63d0\u5230\u7c7b\u4f3c SSD \u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f 1976 \u5e74\u4e24\u4f4d\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08 Dov Frohman \u548c Mehdi Hatamian \u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u3002\u8be5\u4e13\u5229\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u5229\u7528\u6d6e\u6805\u5b58\u50a8\u5355\u5143\u7684\u201c\u56fa\u6001\u5b58\u50a8\u7cfb\u7edf\u201d\uff0c\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u73b0\u4ee3 SSD \u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u95ea\u5b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u51e0\u5341\u5e74\u91cc\uff0c\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6280\u672f\u548c\u95ea\u5b58\u7684\u8fdb\u6b65\u5728\u56fa\u6001\u786c\u76d8\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6700\u521d\uff0cSSD \u4ef7\u683c\u9ad8\u6602\uff0c\u8fd9\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u5176\u5728\u519b\u4e8b\u548c\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u7cfb\u7edf\u7b49\u7279\u5b9a\u5e94\u7528\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u4e0d\u65ad\u6539\u8fdb\u548c\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0b\u964d\uff0cSSD \u5728 21 \u4e16\u7eaa\u521d\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u5bb9\u6613\u8fdb\u5165\u6d88\u8d39\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u4ece\u7b14\u8bb0\u672c\u7535\u8111\u5230\u6570\u636e\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7b49\u5404\u79cd\u8ba1\u7b97\u8bbe\u5907\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u5b58\u50a8\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6709\u5173\u56fa\u6001\u786c\u76d8 (SSD) \u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u6269\u5c55\u56fa\u6001\u786c\u76d8 (SSD) \u4e3b\u9898\u3002<\/h2>\n<p>\u56fa\u6001\u786c\u76d8 (SSD) \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u5229\u7528 NAND \u95ea\u5b58\u6301\u4e45\u5b58\u50a8\u6570\u636e\u7684\u6570\u636e\u5b58\u50a8\u8bbe\u5907\u3002\u4e0e\u4f9d\u8d56\u65cb\u8f6c\u76d8\u7247\u548c\u78c1\u6027\u8bfb\/\u5199\u5934\u7684\u4f20\u7edf\u786c\u76d8 (HDD) \u4e0d\u540c\uff0cSSD \u6ca1\u6709\u79fb\u52a8\u90e8\u4ef6\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u901f\u5ea6\u66f4\u5feb\u3001\u66f4\u8010\u7528\u3001\u66f4\u8282\u80fd\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6ca1\u6709\u673a\u68b0\u90e8\u4ef6\uff0cSSD \u51e0\u4e4e\u53ef\u4ee5\u5373\u65f6\u8bbf\u95ee\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u7f29\u77ed\u4e86\u542f\u52a8\u65f6\u95f4\u3001\u52a0\u5feb\u4e86\u6587\u4ef6\u4f20\u8f93\u901f\u5ea6\u5e76\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u6574\u4f53\u7cfb\u7edf\u54cd\u5e94\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SSD \u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7ec4\u4ef6\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>NAND \u95ea\u5b58<\/strong>\uff1a\u8fd9\u662f SSD \u4e2d\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5b58\u50a8\u4ecb\u8d28\u3002NAND \u95ea\u5b58\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u975e\u6613\u5931\u6027\u5b58\u50a8\u5668\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u65ad\u7535\u4e5f\u80fd\u4fdd\u7559\u6570\u636e\u3002\u5b83\u88ab\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6210\u5b58\u50a8\u5355\u5143\uff0c\u4ee5\u7535\u8377\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u5b58\u50a8\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>\u63a7\u5236\u5668<\/strong>\uff1aSSD \u63a7\u5236\u5668\u662f\u9a71\u52a8\u5668\u7684\u5927\u8111\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u7ba1\u7406\u6570\u636e\u6d41\u3001\u635f\u8017\u5747\u8861\uff08\u786e\u4fdd\u5185\u5b58\u5355\u5143\u7684\u5747\u5300\u4f7f\u7528\uff09\u3001\u9519\u8bef\u6821\u6b63\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u57fa\u672c\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u9ad8\u54c1\u8d28\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4f18\u5316 SSD \u7684\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u5bff\u547d\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>\u7f13\u5b58<\/strong>\uff1a\u6709\u4e9b SSD \u5e26\u6709\u7f13\u5b58\uff0c\u5373\u5c11\u91cf\u9ad8\u901f\u6613\u5931\u6027\u5b58\u50a8\u5668\uff08\u4f8b\u5982 DRAM\uff09\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u4e34\u65f6\u5b58\u50a8\u7ecf\u5e38\u8bbf\u95ee\u7684\u6570\u636e\u3002\u7f13\u5b58\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u52a0\u901f\u8bfb\u5199\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6574\u4f53\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>\u754c\u9762<\/strong>\uff1aSSD \u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u63a5\u53e3\u8fde\u63a5\u5230\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 SATA\uff08\u4e32\u884c ATA\uff09\u3001PCIe\uff08\u5916\u56f4\u7ec4\u4ef6\u4e92\u8fde\u9ad8\u901f\u534f\u8bae\uff09\u6216 NVMe\uff08\u975e\u6613\u5931\u6027\u5b58\u50a8\u5668\u9ad8\u901f\u534f\u8bae\uff09\u3002NVMe \u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u63a5\u53e3\u4e2d\u901f\u5ea6\u6700\u5feb\u7684\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u4e8e\u73b0\u4ee3\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd SSD\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u56fa\u6001\u786c\u76d8 (SSD) \u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u5176\u5185\u90e8\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p><strong>\u6570\u636e\u5b58\u50a8<\/strong>\uff1a\u6570\u636e\u5b58\u50a8\u5728 NAND SSD \u9700\u8981\u5148\u64e6\u9664\u6574\u4e2a\u5757\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u518d\u91cd\u5199\u6570\u636e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u5783\u573e\u6536\u96c6\u201d\uff0c\u4f1a\u968f\u7740\u65f6\u95f4\u7684\u63a8\u79fb\u5f71\u54cd\u5199\u5165\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u7f13\u89e3\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\uff0cSSD \u4f7f\u7528\u5404\u79cd\u7b97\u6cd5\uff08\u5982\u201c\u78e8\u635f\u5747\u8861\u201d\uff09\u5c06\u5199\u5165\u64cd\u4f5c\u5747\u5300\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u5185\u5b58\u5355\u5143\u4e2d\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u7279\u5b9a\u533a\u57df\u8fc7\u5ea6\u78e8\u635f\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>TRIM \u547d\u4ee4<\/strong>\uff1aTRIM \u547d\u4ee4\u662f SSD \u4e2d\u5fc5\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5f53\u64cd\u4f5c\u7cfb\u7edf\u5220\u9664\u6587\u4ef6\u65f6\uff0c\u5b83\u53ea\u662f\u5c06\u7a7a\u95f4\u6807\u8bb0\u4e3a\u53ef\u7528\u4e8e\u65b0\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u771f\u6b63\u64e6\u9664\u5355\u5143\u3002\u4f7f\u7528 TRIM \u547d\u4ee4\uff0cSSD \u4f1a\u6536\u5230\u8fd9\u4e9b\u672a\u4f7f\u7528\u5355\u5143\u7684\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5141\u8bb8\u5176\u5728\u672a\u6765\u7684\u5199\u5165\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e2d\u4f18\u5316\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>\u635f\u8017\u5747\u8861<\/strong>\uff1a\u5982\u524d\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u78e8\u635f\u5747\u8861\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u6240\u6709\u5b58\u50a8\u5355\u5143\u4e0a\u5747\u5300\u5206\u5e03\u5199\u5165\u548c\u64e6\u9664\u5468\u671f\u6765\u5ef6\u957f
